“Together, we’ll unlock your truest self and work toward living a more full, authentic life.”

About me

My passion for helping others began at a young age when I assisted children with cerebral palsy and their families in a therapeutic dance class. Through these experiences and my own personal experience with therapy, I learned the tremendous value of a nonjudgmental ear and the significance of feeling fully seen by another person. I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York City. I have worked in mental health clinics as well the field of palliative care and oncology. I have helped clients address a variety of stressors, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, chronic illness, end-of-life issues, and grief. At times, it can be difficult to see the full picture when you’re inside the frame. I strive to create a safe space for each client, one where compassion and curiosity can lead to change and finding your most authentic self.
